When are your parks open?
Robin Hood Park and Longacres Holiday Park are open all year round.
Can I buy a home on Longacres Holiday Park?
Yes, we have a good choice of showhomes available for immediate purchase. We also have plots for sale.
Can I stay on Robin Hood park permanently?
Although Robin Hood Park has a licence for 365 days, you are not permitted to reside permanently.
Are pets welcome on your parks?
We welcome pets although dogs must be on a leash at all times.
How long are the leases on Robin Hood Park?
Homes are sold with a 20 year holiday and recreational agreement.
Is there ground rent to pay on purchased homes?
Yes, there is a yearly pitch fee, which is reviewed annually. Robin Hood Park’s Pitch fee is £4,115.50 (2023).
Is Robin Hood Park a camping site?
No, Robin Hood park is exclusively for private owners of holiday homes.
What holiday home manufacturers do you deal with?
We mainly supply homes manufactured by Stately Albion, Delta, Swift and Willerby.
